Saturday Notes

We left church early Saturday morning. And I do mean early. There was a lot of sleeping going on for the first 3 hours until we crossed into South Carolina. At our first stop Benton and Chess purchased some fine fashion items. If missionaries are supposed to dress funny – they fit the part perfectly!

After a lunch at the mall in Charlotte, North Carolina it was back on the bus.

Not much was happening on the busses. Chatting, playing cards, just hanging out.

Another stop for gas (and thankfully getting to stretch our legs a little) and we were back on the road. Then we stopped for dinner in Woodbridge, Virginia.

Finally we arrived in Alexandria.

We are staying in the Days Inn Alexandria South.

Tomorrow we will be going to church at Groveton Baptist Church.
