Pastor Jeff's Welcome Greetings! Grace and peace to you from God our Father and our Lord Jesus Christ. As senior pastor of Second Baptist Church I would like to personally welcome and introduce you to our church family. Second Baptist has a rich history and a godly heritage as a church that is devoted to the Word of God, passionate about Jesus Christ, and committed to the furtherance of the gospel. The saints of Second are like none other in their care for the body of Christ and their unity in fellowship. There is truly an atmosphere of love and compassion among the people. From the moment you arrive, you will know that you are welcome here. The pastoral staff is unmatched in its unique blend of personalities and giftedness for ministry. The pastors of Second Baptist are men of integrity with hearts for service and a deep desire to see the saints equipped for the work of ministry. Second Baptist has a reputation for excellence in all she does and has incredible, quality programs in which all ages are encouraged to serve. But above and beyond the programs and schedule of services, Second Baptist has a heart for God.
