This interactive study will attempt to teach you how the Holy Spirit desires to control and empower the life of the surrendered believer. You will be challenged to learn and see the Holy Spirit at work in scripture as well as in and through your life. As you surrender and allow God the Spirit to lead you up a spiral of growth and maturity to a greater likeness of Jesus Christ, you and those around you will be changed. So are you and your relationship with God in need of a change? This is a level D-3 study.
This detailed study of Psalms 120–134 engages participants in unique opportunities for personal reflection and worship while exploring the background of each psalm. Just as a song or poem can express feelings of fear, doubt, hope, and joy, these 15 psalms model how we can voice our own petitions and praises to God, who is always available and ready to hear us. Many people are experiencing financial challenges. But did you know that the Bible contains 2,350 verses dealing with money? Many Christians have been taught what the Bible says about how to handle 10% of their income – the area of giving. Although this is crucial, we need to understand God’s perspective of managing the rest of our money as well. In this practical, life changing study you will be encouraged & challenged as you learn & apply what Scripture teaches about handling all of your possessions. This is a D-3 level study.
The Call to Follow Christ is a foundational discipleship resource that will guide new and growing believers to understand and begin implementing six disciplines into their daily lives. One week is devoted to each of the six disciplines to ground new believers in habits that will last a lifetime. This class is a D-1 Level class and will be taught in an on-going seven-week cycle.
Nearly Weds to Newly Weds (for Men and Women) This 13-week course is designed for engaged or soon to be engaged couples. The study will seek to help you prepare for marriage God’s way through an in-depth study of God’s word concerning your role as a husband or wife as well as love, commitment, communication, conflict, and finances. This is a D-2 level class. A high level of commitment is required. No cost for this class. |
