Aerobics Schedule (ladies only)
- MWF 9:15 AM - 10:25 AM (childcare provided)
- MWF 10:30 AM - 11:15 AM (senior ladies)
All aerobics classes are held in the aerobics room in the Family Life Center. The aerobics room is on the second floor of the FLC, on the side closest to Moody Road.
